In his first fight since his 11th round KO of Wladimir Klischko, Anthony Joshua takes on mandatory challenger, Kubrat Pulev at Principality Stadium in Cardiff on October 28.
This will be Bulgarian Pulev’s second shot at the heavywight crown but all bets will be on reigning champ Joshua whose track record has placed him a number one spot in rankings of boxing magazine The Ring.
Talking about the fight, Joshua said:
“Oct. 28 can’t come soon enough, I have been eager to get back in the ring since Wembley and now we are confirmed and ready,” Joshua said. “I’ll be locked away focusing on fight number 20 for the next eight weeks. I am excited to experience the atmosphere in a sold out Principality Stadium and aim to give the fans a spectacular night.”
