Slayer have confirmed that they will head to the UK & Ireland as part of their final world tour later this year.

The thrash metal band will be joined by Lamb Of God, Anthrax and Obituary as they head to arenas in Dublin, London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow in November.

Since first forming 37 years ago in 1981, Slayer have released 12 studio albums, including ‘Reign In Blood, ‘God Hates Us All’ and ‘Repentless’ alongside multiple live recordings and compilations. Their impressive catalogue of songs includes ‘Raining Blood’, ‘Eyes Of The Insane’, Seasons In The Abyss’ and many more.

Slayer are renowned for being one of the founding Big Four bands of thrash metal alongside Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax. The legendary metallers have played close to 3000 concerts worldwide to date as well as received various music accolades, including five Grammy Award nominations and two wins. They’ve also had three of their albums featured in the Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time list.

The band still features original members Kerry King on guitar and Tom Araya on vocals and bass, joined by Paul Bostaph on drums and Gary Holt on guitar.
